Many of our products are handmade or small-batch. Natural variation in color, texture, and appearance is to be expected and is not considered a defect.

5. Orders & payment

By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout. Payment is processed securely through our payment processor — Altar Haus does not store your payment details.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability. If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

6. Shipping & delivery

7. Returns & refunds

8. Events & classes

By registering for an Altar Haus event or class, you agree to our event-specific terms as presented at the time of registration, as well as our general Refund Policy. Altar Haus reserves the right to cancel or postpone events. We are not liable for any travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred in connection with attending an event.

Ccontent on this website — including text, photographs, graphics, logos, product names, and branding — is the property of Altar Haus and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any of our content without our prior written permission.
